Welcome to Ya Tour Vietnam. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, travel services, tour packages, transportation services, accommodation arrangements, and other travel-related services provided by Ya Tour Vietnam Co., Ltd.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, making a booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Ya Tour Vietnam is a travel company and Destination Management Company (DMC) providing travel services throughout Vietnam.
Our services may include:
- Customized and tailor-made tours
- Package tours and excursions
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Airport transfers and transportation
- Tour guides
- MICE and corporate travel services
- Ground handling services
- Travel arrangements for individuals, groups, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners
Some services may be provided directly by Ya Tour Vietnam, while others may be arranged through independent third-party suppliers.
A booking is considered confirmed only after Ya Tour Vietnam has issued an official confirmation by email, booking document, invoice, voucher, or other authorized communication.
Depending on the service, customers may be required to provide passenger information, travel dates, passport details, accommodation requirements, flight information, or other information necessary to complete the reservation.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate.
All prices are subject to availability and may vary depending on travel dates, number of passengers, accommodation category, transportation requirements, itinerary, exchange rates, government taxes, entrance fees, supplier rates, and other relevant factors.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or booking confirmation, prices include only the services specifically listed under the confirmed itinerary or service description.
Any services not expressly included shall be considered additional services and may be subject to additional charges.
Payment schedules and methods will be specified in the quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or agreement issued by Ya Tour Vietnam.
Depending on the booking, Ya Tour Vietnam may require:
- A deposit to secure the reservation
- Partial payment before arrival
- Full payment before the commencement of services
Customers are responsible for completing payments within the specified deadlines.
Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of the booking.
Any applicable bank charges, international transfer fees, payment processing fees, or currency conversion charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of service, travel period, group size, hotel, transportation provider, attraction, and other suppliers involved in the booking.
Cancellation charges will be communicated in the quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, contract, or applicable Booking Policy.
Certain services, promotional rates, entrance tickets, transportation arrangements, hotel reservations, or special-event bookings may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the relevant cancellation conditions and supplier policies.
Requests to change travel dates, passenger names, itineraries, hotels, transportation, or other confirmed services are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply.
Ya Tour Vietnam will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that all modifications will be possible after a booking has been confirmed.
Ya Tour Vietnam reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an itinerary when necessary due to circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Road or traffic conditions
- Government regulations
- Safety considerations
- Closure of attractions
- Supplier availability
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Where possible, Ya Tour Vietnam will arrange suitable alternatives of comparable value.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, health documentation, and any other documents required for entry into Vietnam or other destinations included in their itinerary.
Ya Tour Vietnam may provide general assistance regarding visa or entry requirements; however, final entry decisions remain with the relevant immigration and government authorities.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Customers should consider comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellation, travel delays, lost or damaged baggage, personal liability, emergency evacuation, and other unexpected events.
Unless specifically included in the booking, travel insurance is not provided by Ya Tour Vietnam.
Travelers are responsible for assessing whether they are physically and medically fit to participate in their selected activities.
Customers should inform Ya Tour Vietnam in advance of any special requirements that may materially affect the delivery of travel services.
Travelers must comply with applicable safety instructions provided by Ya Tour Vietnam, tour guides, transportation providers, hotels, activity operators, and local authorities.
Ya Tour Vietnam works with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, restaurants, tour guides, attractions, cruise operators, activity providers, and other independent suppliers.
Where services are provided by third parties, those services may also be subject to the supplier’s own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and operating procedures.
Ya Tour Vietnam will exercise reasonable care when selecting and coordinating suppliers but cannot control every action or omission of independent service providers.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking and passenger information
- Arriving at designated meeting or departure points on time
- Following applicable laws and regulations
- Respecting local customs and communities
- Following reasonable instructions from guides and service providers
- Taking appropriate care of personal belongings
- Paying for additional services or expenses not included in the confirmed booking
Ya Tour Vietnam may refuse or discontinue services where a customer’s conduct creates a serious safety risk, violates applicable law, or materially disrupts other travelers or service providers.
Ya Tour Vietnam shall not be responsible for failure, interruption, delay, or changes to services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, border restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances occur, Ya Tour Vietnam will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and arrange suitable alternatives where possible. Additional costs may apply depending on the circumstances and supplier policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ya Tour Vietnam shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
The content available on yatour.vn, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, itineraries, designs, and other materials, is provided for general information and service promotion.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or republish website content without prior authorization from Ya Tour Vietnam, except where permitted by law.
Personal information collected through inquiries, bookings, contact forms, or other interactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to arrange and deliver booked travel services.
If a customer experiences a problem during a trip, they should contact Ya Tour Vietnam or the designated representative as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist.
Complaints submitted after completion of the service should include relevant booking information and supporting details to enable us to investigate the matter.
Bookings made by travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate clients, or other business partners may be subject to separate quotations, contracts, payment schedules, cancellation conditions, credit arrangements, or commercial agreements.
Where a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising in connection with our services should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the competent authorities or courts in Vietnam in accordance with applicable law.
Ya Tour Vietnam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, supplier requirements, or applicable regulations.
The latest version will be published on our website with the relevant update date.
