Welcome to Ya Tour Vietnam. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and procedures applicable to reservations for tours, transportation, accommodation, travel services, and other arrangements provided or coordinated by Ya Tour Vietnam.
By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
Bookings may be made through our website, email, authorized representatives, or other official communication channels.
To process a reservation, customers may be required to provide:
- Full name as shown on passport or identification document
- Nationality
- Contact information
- Travel dates
- Number of travelers
- Passport details where required
- Accommodation or flight information where relevant

A booking is considered confirmed only after Ya Tour Vietnam has issued a written booking confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
All prices are quoted based on the services specified in the confirmed itinerary or quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may include selected accommodation, transportation, tours, entrance fees, meals, guides, and other services specifically listed in the booking confirmation.
Prices do not include services or expenses that are not expressly stated as included.
Ya Tour Vietnam reserves the right to adjust prices before booking confirmation due to significant changes in taxes, government fees, transportation costs, exchange rates, supplier rates, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any price adjustment will be handled in accordance with the confirmed quotation and applicable terms.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking. The required deposit amount and payment deadline will be specified in the quotation or booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the booking confirmation.
Certain services, including hotels, flights, cruises, special events, peak-season bookings, and third-party services, may require full or non-refundable payment in advance.
Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
After receiving the required payment or deposit, Ya Tour Vietnam will provide a booking confirmation containing the relevant travel arrangements.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all information carefully, including:
- Traveler names
- Travel dates
- Hotel arrangements
- Transportation
- Tour itinerary
- Included and excluded services
- Special requests
Any incorrect information should be reported to Ya Tour Vietnam as soon as possible.
Requests to modify a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transportation providers, attractions, or other suppliers.
Ya Tour Vietnam will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that all modifications will be possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation fees may vary depending on:
- The date the cancellation request is received
- The type of tour or service booked
- Hotel and supplier cancellation conditions
- Transportation or flight ticket conditions
- Peak-season or holiday restrictions
- Non-refundable services already purchased
The specific cancellation conditions applicable to a booking will be stated in the quotation, booking confirmation, or service agreement.
Any non-refundable payments already made to third-party suppliers may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
In exceptional circumstances, Ya Tour Vietnam may need to modify an itinerary, replace a service, or cancel part of a travel arrangement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will provide a suitable alternative of comparable standard.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, safety concerns, supplier cancellations, or other force majeure events.
Refund eligibility will depend on the applicable cancellation conditions and the terms of third-party suppliers involved in the booking.
Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, banking fees, supplier penalties, and non-refundable expenses.
Processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and supplier procedures.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against:
- Unauthorized access
A traveler who fails to arrive or participate in a confirmed service without prior notice may be considered a no-show.
No-show bookings are generally non-refundable, including unused accommodation, transportation, tours, meals, tickets, or other prepaid services.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents required for their journey, including:

Ya Tour Vietnam is not responsible for losses or additional expenses resulting from incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documentation.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Insurance should provide appropriate coverage for circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical treatment, personal accidents, lost or damaged baggage, travel delays, and emergency assistance.
Customers should inform Ya Tour Vietnam of any special requirements at the time of booking, including dietary requirements, accessibility needs, room preferences, or other relevant requests.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, fulfillment cannot always be guaranteed and may depend on third-party suppliers.

Where such circumstances occur, Ya Tour Vietnam will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and arrange suitable alternatives where possible. Additional costs resulting from such circumstances may be the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, complying with local laws and regulations, respecting service providers and other travelers, and following reasonable safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, hotels, or other authorized personnel.
Ya Tour Vietnam reserves the right to discontinue services to individuals whose conduct creates a serious safety risk or materially disrupts the travel experience of others, subject to applicable law.
If you experience any issue during your trip, please contact Ya Tour Vietnam as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist and resolve the matter.
Complaints submitted after completion of the trip should include the booking information and relevant supporting details.
Bookings made by travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other business partners may be governed by separate quotations, contracts, credit arrangements, or partnership agreements.
Where a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this Booking Policy.
Ya Tour Vietnam reserves the right to update or amend this Booking Policy when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, supplier requirements, or applicable regulations.
